Always Wellness is not another conventional type of fitness centre, this is exactly the place you want to improve your overall health and fitness goals. Our physical wellness centre not only equipped with all the necessary machines, but also our expertise in the area of Exercises, Diet and Nutrition is second to none.
Our wellness centre is in two floors where our Strength & Conditioning section in the first and Cardio Studio is in the second floor. This setup creates a spacious environment to you to get on with your daily physical fitness routine as free as you want.
All our strength and conditioning equipments are compatible with Olympic style weight lifting mechanism. This allows you to train withmodern cutting-edge machineries under professional supervision.
Our cardio studio is situated in a separate floor. this consists ofTreadmillls, Spin Bikes, Cross Trainersand many other cardio / fat burning tools. Furthermore, we have a dedicated empty space for Aerobics, Zumba and other cardio related entertainment sessions
We are located in the heart of Gothatuwa New Town, commonly known as IDH town with ample parking space. 6 km from Rajagiriya, 4 km from Palawatta/Battaramulla and 3 km from Dematagoda.
